Professional Profile to Simplify Grant Submissions
The Federal Demonstration Partnership, an association of academic research institutions and federal agencies, has been working to create a researcher profile system for individuals who submit federal grant applications.

A new app has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration as a tool for diabetic patients. Also, the National Library of Medicine distributed a press release about the new PMID converter tool:

In the Spotlight
The library has relocated its medical fiction collection to the first floor as well as consolidated the leisure collection in the center of the library’s first floor.

Liaison and Outreach Updates
The library hosts a new contest, awards several prize winners, and continues to exhibit art made by LSU Health Shreveport employees and students. The library’s outreach activities also included a mental health seminar hosted at the Bossier Parish Central Library.
